A Personal Message From the President of Merit Marketing Group
Merit Advertising Network is structured from the experiences of the many businesses we've owned and been involved with over the past thirty six years. The elements of the membership has taken those diverse experiences and refined it until we have streamlined the advertising network to give you lasting affordable advertising.
We have structured Merit Advertising Network in such a way that we can offer you deep discounts in your advertising and reward you with referral commissions every time you recruit a new member.
We can offer deep discounts because we are eliminating some of the departments that are normally associated with publishing. We will eliminate the billing department and the sales department by having those two departments eliminated we will be able to pass along those saving to you.
You, as a member, will prepay for your advertising, agree to advertise every month and get the PDF file emailed to us with the graphic art for your ad before the deadline. Each member will help to increase the circulation by recruiting at least one member a month. The member requirements are a simple matter of being more responsible with your advertising by making it a priority each month. If everyone stays on track and works diligently for the whole advertising network every member will profit from advertising in our free publications.
Merit Marketing Group is working as the dependable backbone for the Merit Advertising Network. We will make certain that every element we put into the advertising network is working effectively for every member.
We will publish high quality free publications to be distributed in each region as we grow nationwide. We will keep the distribution to high traffic areas through the members locations. Distributors will have their businesses highlighted in the media during our advertising "blitz" preceding distribution.

Terms of Agreement
This Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between Merit Marketing Group© and "You", Your heirs, agents, successors and assigns (collectively known as "You"), and is made effective as of the date of electronic execution. This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Your use of the Merit Advertising Network© web site and explains Merit Advertising Networks© obligations to "You" and Your obligations to Merit Advertising Network© in relation to the advertising "You" purchase. This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between "You" and Merit Marketing Group© concerning Your use of the Merit Advertising Network© website and will supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.
By purchasing the Merit Advertising Network Ads©, published in our free publications "Explosion of Savings" coupon book and "Hot Websites" magazine, "You" acknowledge that "You" have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement, as well as any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies which Merit Marketing Group© may establish from time to time.
If "You" have purchased Merit Advertising Network© ads, the term of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as long as "You" take advantage of and use the Merit Advertising Network© ads or membership. In the event You terminate Your usage, Merit Marketing Group© will not refund any amounts You have paid. You agree that Merit Marketing Group© shall not be bound by any representations made by third parties who may purchase services from Merit Marketing Group© and that any statement of a general nature, which may be posted on Merit Marketing Group© Web site or contained in Merit Marketing Group's© promotional materials, will not bind Merit Marketing Group©. Merit Marketing Group© may, at times, offer certain promotions with different charges and features.
You agree that You will be responsible for your own ad content and will not hold Merit Marketing Group© responsible for mistakes that may occur. In the event that a mistake is made on your ad, we will check with the printer to determine the origin of said mistake and extend a free month ad to replace the ad with the mistake. You agree that Merit Marketing Group© may use and rely on any information provided by You for all purposes in connection with your ad, included but not limited to your responsibility to honor any coupon or advertising promises made. Merit Marketing Group© will not be held responsible for any advertising promises or coupons unhonored by You. If Merit Marketing Group© is made aware of any such instances, the business responsible will be placed in "inactive" status and will be unable to participate further in any advertising opportunity with Merit Marketing Group©.
Merit Marketing Group© reserves the right to reject any ad containing objectionable, obscene or vulgar content. Merit Marketing Group© reserves the right to reject ads from certain types of businesses.
